Occupational Safety And Industrial Hygiene

The enactment of the Occupational Safety & Health Act (Act 514) 1994 provides the securing of safety, health and welfare of persons at work, for protecting others against risk to safety or health in connection with the activities of persons at work. The recently introduced Occupational, Safety & Health (Use and Standards of Exposure of Chemical Hazardous to Health) Regulations 2000 further reinforces the need to provide a legal framework for the employer to control chemicals which are hazardous to health with respect to their use and to set workplace exposure standards so as to protect the health of employees and other persons at the place of work.

In this regards, we are well positioned to serve our clients from the varied spectrum of the industries in addressing critical issues relating to Occupational, Safety & Health Management. We are able to achieve this through the practice of multi-disciplinary approach, utilizing a combined wealth of expertise from varied professions such as industrial toxicologists, chemists, industrial hygienists, occupational health professionals, radiologists, environmental consultants, safety engineers, etc.
